Hormone Balancing Smoothies

  • 1 cup Spinach

Green Machine

  • 2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 2 TBSP Hemp seeds
  • 2 TSP Chia seeds
  • 1 TSP Coconut oil
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 TSP Spirulina
  • 2 TSP Maca powder


Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, blend until smoothie.

Estrogen Detox


  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 medium sized Green Apple
  • 1/2 medium-sized Lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 2 medium-sized Kiwis
  • 1 medium-sized piece of celery
  • 1/4 medium sized Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Cacao Nibs
  • 1/4 medium-sized Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 cups of filtered water

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smoothie. Add more filtered water, if required, for desired thickness.
